As Team Manager, Jeff James makes sure that everything stays on track at The Sansone Group. Whether it's putting a house on the market, hosting an open house, or making sure that a transaction is ready to close, Jeff is there at every step of the transaction to ensure that The Sansone Group performs at its best.

Jeff joined The Sansone Group in 2013 following an 18-year career as a top-producing residential agent in Sugar Land and Houston, as well as manager of a high-volume real estate office in the Memorial area of Houston. Prior to real estate, Jeff had a successful career as director of corporate services for a national healthcare company headquartered in Houston, where he handled commercial real estate transactions, tenant representation, construction supervision, and contract negotiation. This wealth of knowledge and experience ensures that all of The Sansone Group's clients receive the very best in customer service and personal attention.

A life-long resident of the greater Houston area, Jeff recently returned to the southwest Houston neighborhood where he grew up. In his off time, Jeff enjoys camping with his two rescue dogs at various state parks throughout Texas.
