Lizz & Chris Sansone established The Sansone Group in 2000 and began their Real Estate business in Sugar Land and the Houston Metro Area. This past year, The Sansone Group finished the year as the #8 RE/MAX Team in Houston and the #11 RE/MAX Team in the state of Texas. They also ranked #16 in Sales Volume for all agents in the Houston Metro Area by the Houston Business Journal.

The Sansone Group had another record-breaking year in 2021 with over 235 transactions and nearly $73 million in sales volume, earning the RE/MAX Pinnacle Award, the highest level of production from RE/MAX International. Less than 400 agents out of more than 140,000 agents worldwide earned the Pinnacle Award.

The Sansone Group has 10 members on the team with 9 dedicated licensed Realtors® who have sold more than $300 million dollars in real estate in the last five years. We specialize in Residential Real Estate, New Construction Homes, Luxury Homes, Commercial Property for Sale, Commercial Property for Lease, Farm & Ranch and Investment Property & Land.

In 2020, The Sansone Group finished the year ranked in the Top 20 of RE/MAX Teams in the state of Texas. They also were ranked as the #5 RE/MAX Team in the United States and #19 RE/MAX Team in the World for Commercial Sales and were again ranked in the Top 20 of all agents in Houston as ranked by the Houston Business Journal. The Sansone Group finished 2020 with 215 transactions and over $70 million in sales volume.

The Sansone Group finished 2019 with over 200 transactions and over $50 million in sales volume. In 2018, The Sansone Group had 156 transactions and more than $44 million in sales volume and was in the Top 25 RE/MAX teams in Texas and was ranked #15 in Luxury Sales as ranked by the Houston Business Journal.

In 2017, The Sansone Group had 175 transactions and were named #15 in Luxury Sales, #15 in Transactions and #20 in Sales Volume among Real Estate Teams in the Houston Metro Area by the Houston Business Journal. The Sansone Group has made the Houston Business Journal rankings every year since 2013.

The Sansone Group also is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and has been awarded the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.
